Having grown up in the real estate and construction business all her life, Nancy
became a licensed real estate agent. She has handled every angle of the business,
from renting and leasing, property management, to first time buyers and property
investors. Dealt with property flipping to purchasing fixer-uppers for her own personal
portfolio.
Nancy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lasell College with a BS in Business and
Management. She was awarded the Book Award, the highest honor you can receive in
your major. She is in the process of continuing her education by studying real estate law.
She looks at each listing she rents as her own and will only rent to a tenant she would
want residing in her own property. She is not like your average agent, we call "the hit
andrun agents," they are out for their commission and do not care who they put in your
property, once that lease is signed and they get their commission, they are gone. It is
NOT that way with Nancy, she is on the scene right up until the tenant moves in and is
still available after if there are any questions.

Robert comes from a family of real estate investors and contractors. His grandfather, the late Robert H. Earle, owned and operated William Earle & Son for over 60+ years until retirement, a very well-known and respected company throughout Newton, Weston, Wayland, Dover, Sudbury areas to name a few. In the late 60s, Mr. Earle
along with his wife, Nancy, started investing in real estate. They purchased properties in Newton, Brookline, Allston/Brighton and Waltham areas. Having been raised in a family of brokers, as well as construction, it is no wonder Robert has become a licensed agent.
Robert knows the ins and outs of the real estate market, having worked along his grandfather from the age of 15. When he was 18 years old, he took over managing his family’s properties which consisted of 23 pieces of property, in total 54 apartments.
As property manager, he knows how to deal with tenant problems and issues, as a broker he knows what tenants are suitable. He looks at each rental listing he has as his own and will only rent to a tenant he would want residing in his own property.
